About me: I have always loved teaching! Both of my parents are teachers, and I grew up in a home centered on education and learning. I can appreciate the difficulties many students face, particularly those with learning disabilities as I have worked with them both as a tutor and a psychologist. Education: I recently graduated with my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from a university in Southern California. Following my graduation, I moved to Little Rock where I received a post-doctoral position. I consider psychology to be my area of primary expertise but also have substantial experience in statistics, research methods, and writing.

Experience: I first worked as a tutor as a teenager when a friend of my parents hired me to tutor her son who had a learning disability in addition to substantial behavior problems. Since then, I have worked as a teacher's assistant for four graduate-level psychology courses and have worked as a tutor for two undergraduate level psychology courses. Almost all of my previous tutoring experience has been through university or college positions. I have tutored both on an individual level as well as for groups or classes.
