Hi, it is as follows. I can do it easily enough in excel in two stage but I can't seem to put it in one expression only
a = primary cost
b = primary percentage
c = secondary cost
d = secondary percentage
e = c*d+c
e = total cost
(b)DI % 0.11
a a*b c c*d e
10 1.1 11.1 3.33 14.43
The above example is what I need turned into an algebraic equation. [2018-10-29]
I really need help on this question that i am stuck on, i am in a hurry. Thank U
Hayden is a manager at a landscaping company. He has two workers to landscape an entire park, Cody and Kaitlyn. Cody can complete the project in 8 hours. Kaitlyn can complete the project in 6 hours. Hayden wants to know how long it will take them to complete the project together.
Write an equation and solve for the time it takes Cody and Kaitlyn to complete the project together. Explain each step. (10 points) [2018-03-30]
Hello I need help for this algebra question. i am new to this.
Randy is taking his math SAT. To receive full credit, he must answer this question:
What key features are necessary-and how are the features used-to create the sketch of a polynomial function?
What is Randy's correct answer, so he receives full credit for the question? Explain in complete sentences. (10 points) [2018-03-30]
Hello! I only need help solving this problem.
Now if log a (6) = b and log a (9) = c
How would you represent log a (1/4) using only the variables b and c?
So far I was able to come up with this:
log a (1/4) = -(log a (6) + log a (2) - [log a (9) ÷ 2])
Which would then be:
log a (1/4) = -(b + log a (2) - c/2)
I’m not sure how to get rid of the log a (2). Maybe I made a mistake?
I would really appreciate your help! [2017-12-20]
