Teaching material and teaching methods are chosen depending on your age, your level of Japanese proficiency (even for beginners), and your goals.

I teach students who are going to visit Japan, who live there and who need Japanese for their job purposes. Intensive course is possible. We use only Japanese textbooks. You can download some of them in the Internet, others are sent via email or added to dropbox. You and me will agree on the most convenient class time. It is very interesting to study Japanese and it is not difficult at all! I will be glad to cooperate with you!
My skill as a not-native English speaker is intermediate.

All textbooks for beginners/pre-intermediate learners have English explanations and translations of the lesson materials; the intermediate/advanced learners are able to understand all explanations in Japanese.
