LANGUAGE STUDIES INDONESIA (LSI) is Jakarta's leading school for Bahasa Indonesia (the Indonesian language). Language Courses are delivered in private tutorial sessions (individual or small group/family). Instruction is conducted at LSI's LANGUAGE CENTRE in Jakarta, Indonesia, or students may study at their Jakarta home, office or hotel/guesthouse. For students outside of Jakarta, courses are also available ONLINE in 122 countries worldwide.

Lesson scheduling is flexible. Students design their own Weekly Lesson Schedules, studying as intensely as they wish - from 2 lessons weekly to 3 lessons daily.

LSI offers 6 course levels - Beginner through Advanced - leading to certification in the Council of Europe's CEFR standard. Each course level is comprised of 13 two-hour tutorial sessions (26 instructional hours). LSI's entire programme comprises 78 sessions (156 hours).
