Currently i am working as Technology Service Desk Associate with Microland LTD.
My job and responsibilities are as given below.
1. Receive the technology issue reslated calls and try to resolve by basic troublshooting if possible.
2. Having e-mails from the users, and provide the resolution within the SLA time.
3.Raise the requests in the tool, and assigne to the perticular groups as per the requirements and per the KRA.
4. Provide the udpates to the users as per the response from the supprot teams.
5. Take the issues to closer and update the users accordingly.
