An enthusiastic Information Technology student with the necessary drive and determination needed to resolve complex IT and Operational issues. Possessing effective organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of Call Centre technologies and having a commitment to keep up to date with the latest Operational technologies and developments. Experienced in providing motivation, guidance to both colleagues and clients.
